Victorian Public Health Sector Enterprise Agreement 2011-15

The principles recognise that the services required by the Community of a modern public service are not static; They change all the time. The terms and conditions of employment of Victorian public health employees are generally determined through collective bargaining. “Company agreements” (or company agreements) are agreements concluded at company level between employers and workers on working and employment conditions. While every Victorian public health service is a full-fledged employer, many groups of workers (e.g.B. Nurses and midwives or health professionals) conducted the negotiations on the companies on a national basis, with the support of the health services industry representative (victorian Hospitals Industrial Association) with the relevant unions. The adoption of changing priorities is essential for the creation of a secure and flexible employment framework in the public service. The parties recognized the importance of ensuring that employees can be deployed in a reactive manner to support government priorities. The Victorian Public Service Enterprise Agreement 2020 was formally approved by the Fair Work Commission on 2 October 2020 and on 9 October 2020.
